Join a Group you were invited to

If somebody sent you a link, tap it. FriendTrack opens on a screen headed You’ve been invited to join, naming the Group, and you confirm. If the app is not installed yet, the page offers it first, and the invitation still works once you have signed in.

Otherwise, open the Groups tab, tap Join a group under ADD A GROUP, and either 📷 Scan QR Code or type the eight-character code into Invite code and tap Join Group. The code is not case-sensitive.

Joining does not start sharing your Position (what other apps call your location) — you are in the Group and invisible until you choose to share, and for how long. See Start Sharing with a Group.

If the code is refused, the app says so and the reason is nearly always one of three: the invite code doesn’t work.
