Create a Group

A Group — what some other apps call a circle — is the set of people you can share your Position (what other apps call your location) with. Nothing is shared with a Group until you start a session with it, so making one commits you to nothing.

  1. Open the Groups tab.
  2. Under ADD A GROUP, tap Create a group.
  3. Type a name into Group name and tap Create Group.

You are the Group’s admin, and you are its only member until somebody joins — see invite someone to a Group. Name it after the occasion rather than the people, because the name is what everybody sees in their list: Ski trip, Roskilde, Saturday 5-a-side.

On the free allowance you can create one Group and be a member of as many as you are invited to. Creating a second one is part of FriendTrack Pro.
