FriendTrack Child Safety Standards

FriendTrack is committed to keeping children safe. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any sexualisation of minors. These are our published standards for preventing, detecting, and responding to CSAE, as required for apps distributed in social categories and under applicable law.

Who is responsible

FriendTrack is operated by TNS Holding ApS (CVR 26694264), Denmark. Our designated contact for child-safety matters, prepared to discuss our prevention procedures, is support@tnsholding.dk.

What we prohibit

The following are strictly prohibited on FriendTrack, without exception:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any image, video, or depiction of a minor in a sexual context — in profile photos, uploaded map images, display names, or any other content.
• Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to sexualise, exploit, or endanger a minor.
• Using FriendTrack to contact, locate, or coordinate harm toward a child.
• Sharing, linking to, or facilitating access to CSAE material anywhere.

How FriendTrack is designed to reduce risk

FriendTrack is a closed, invite-only tool, not an open social network. Its design limits the surfaces where CSAE could occur:

• No stranger contact. There is no public user directory, no friend-finding, and no discovery of other people. You only ever see members of Groups you were invited into with a private Invite Code.
• No open messaging. FriendTrack has no chat, direct messages, or open comment feeds through which a stranger could contact a child.
• No public content feed. The only content other users see is a member's display name, optional profile photo, and shared live location within a shared Group.
• Moderated public maps. A map only becomes publicly visible after human review and approval by a Platform Admin; unapproved maps are visible only to the owner and their chosen collaborators.
• Not directed at children. FriendTrack is not intended for use by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

How to report a concern

Anyone can report suspected CSAE or a child-safety concern, and we act on every report:

• In the app — use Report a concern in Settings to send us a report directly.
• By email — write to support@tnsholding.dk at any time.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

How we respond

When we receive a report, or otherwise become aware of CSAE, we:

• Review the report promptly.
• Remove offending content and suspend or permanently ban the responsible account(s).
• Preserve relevant evidence as required to support investigations.
• Report apparent CSAM and CSAE to the relevant authorities — including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline, and Danish law enforcement — in line with our legal obligations.

Legal compliance

FriendTrack complies with applicable child-protection and child-safety laws in the markets where it is available, including obligations to report child sexual abuse material to the appropriate national and regional authorities. We align our practices with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and review these standards as our product and the applicable laws evolve.
